Training
In person on site or remote – CargoTuff has load securement specialists strategically located throughout North America who can provide training on loading docks at no additional cost. Due to Covid-19, we now offer training virtually allowing our specialists to train teams remotely, while still having the ability to interact in real-time with Q&A.

Reusable / Sustainable Programs
Audit current SOP’s – CargoTuff can assess current practices as it pertains to reusing and recycling dunnage and can assist in transitioning to an alternative and more sustainable practice.

Develop programs in conjunction with customer leadership teams – CargoTuff can work with sustainable and waste reduction teams to not only meet their objectives, but also a plan to meet end-of-the-line customer’s objectives as well.

Load Audits
In person on site or remote - CargoTuff can conduct a load audit on the docks analyzing current loading methods and determining best practices moving forward at no additional cost. Due to Covid-19, this service can still take place virtually. Please contact us for more information.

• Load planning – CargoTuff can assist in determining the dunnage products required to secure the load.
• Load calculations – CargoTuff can calculate the correct airbag for the load application using information such as product height, weight, void space, and mode of transportation. From this information, we can determine what size and level airbag is required for a specific application.

3D Load Plans
Truck / Container / Railcar - CargoTuff has the software to develop custom 3D load plans. There is a document that is required to be filled out before a 3D load plan project can begin.

JIT Inventory allows for fast delivery – CargoTuff has multiple distribution warehouses throughout the U.S. and works with several freight carriers who can deliver product as quickly as same-day depending on the ship-to location, but in most cases 1-2 business days.

Customization
Design custom size / shape / level / performance – CargoTuff has the manufacturing capabilities to design, develop, and create customized dunnage solutions. In addition, 7-color custom screen-printed airbags are also available.
