I contacted the company and they corrected my order, so i am changing my 1 star review to 5 stars because they made it right and sent us what was needed. Now that we have the correct items, this system works really well and we would definitely purchase again.
I know the drum is not included. But is the piece on top of the drum not part of the assembly? If not this is false advertising. All i recieved was one ratchet strap. This company is dishonest.
Ordered this product and only got a ratchet strap??? This is not what I ordered nor did it match the description.
Hi Ryan, we’re sorry for any misunderstanding. As clearly stated multiple times on our product page, the drum is shown for demonstration purposes only and is not included. The item you received — the ratchet strap assembly — is the correct product.
